To better understand and resolve your issue, we often need to gather additional information about the model and your Woodwork for Inventor settings.
For this purpose, we have created a special tool called Data Collector, which can be found in the Help tab of the Woodwork for Inventor ribbon.
By default, the utility collects all the necessary files. However, you can also manually select the specific types of documents relevant to your case.
Please follow these steps:
Open Woodwork for Inventor.
Go to the Help tab and click Data Collector.
In the window that opens, you will see several checkboxes (Model data, Woodwork for Inventor logs, Inventor logs, System information, etc.).
Keep the default settings or select only the items that are relevant to your issue.
Click OK — the utility will automatically collect the files into a single archive.
Once the process is complete, please send the generated archive to us for analysis.
